I applied via LinkedIn easy apply and they got back the same day. We walked through several projects in my portfolio and shared my interests in landscape architecture. I got job offer the same week but declined because of a better city/region to relocate.

The principal emailed me for some basic info and the project manager interviewed me via zoom the next day. Positive feedback and they sent me an offer letter within 3-5 business days.
