Zoom interview - Took 2 months for them to set up interview. Guess position isn't that important to them. 1st interview with Purchasing Manager for CA 2nd interview with Director of Purchasing Both were kind, but noticing that is just common practice. To make interviewee believe all went well, but is isn't true. Communication was a failure afterwards. Claimed HR was out due to Covid and they would let me know. They didn't. I had to follow up. And hard to due so not knowing when person would return. Overall not a bad process, but was lead on to believe next step was coming and it never did. Reason is a vague pre-scripted message.
