Was a good process several levels but easy questions. asked about experience and what i am looking for in an employer. good experience overall but didnt take the job for a better offer

I had 3 total interviews. Started with recruiting and then two upper management interviews. Each was roughly 30 minutes and were pretty standard questions. All 3 interviews went seemingly well but I never heard back from them.
