I interviewed with someone from HR first as a preliminary screening. Then I heard back the next day that I would be moving on to the next stage. I then had a zoom interview with my direct manager that was about 30 minutes. I had to do a roll related project that I sent in that week for review. After that I had another round of interviews with my manager, and co workers that I would work closely with. Maybe 3 days later I got a call back that I got the job!

I recently went through the interview process at Lovevery and found it to be quite disappointing. The process was drawn-out, involving numerous interviews and assessments, only to end with a rejection in the final round. It was frustrating to receive no explanation for the decision, especially since the position remains vacant even after several months.
