It was an encouraging and supportive interview and experience. There is room to grow in the company, and managers are supportive of giving responsibility and new roles within the team.

Recruiter call, panel interview, etc I had high hopes for this interview, but the recruiter was very uninterested and almost seemed 'annoyed'. I could recognize they were just checking boxes. I expected different from a company that lists such values. The pay isn't competitive at all.
