I had Telephonic Round as 1st round interview . It was not properly planned and rescheduled multiple times . The 2nd round interview was face to face interview . Questions related Java Performance, Web security , difference between HashMap and Concurrent Hash Map etc. 2nd Round went well and HR told they would inform me shortly. I called HR 3 days later to ask the status. HR said he needs more info about my role and he would back shortly . I did not get a call for next 2 days i again called he said he will call back shortly . I sent a mail HR did not respond. If HR cannot even send one line reply if candidate is selected or not then its waste of time attending interviews in lowes . These jobless people don't value others time. Lowes HR are worst they don't even basic human courtesy to respond or reply . Its waste of time attending interview at companies which don't follow basic HR practices

Received a call from a consultant, I shared my profile and an exploratory call was scheduled; later there was a coding round, system design round, US round and the leadership round to close.
