Best advice is to give three parts to your answer... what happened, how did you handle it, what was the outcome. And make sure the outcome is a positive one. That should go without saying but you would be amazed at how many answers do not have a positive ending.

All good, respectfully and nice. Detailed feedback, the interview was on time, no pressure and nice. I recommend it, the company looks professional. Lasted 30 minutes, I didn’t get an offer but was happy to attend
