There are three interviews in the process:
1st-with the Human Resources Manager
2nd- with an Assistant Manager
3rd- with the store manager
The interview questions are very example driven. For example, "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer." The key is to be very specific and give a real example.

Again, all the questions will be related to an experience that you have had in school, work, or volunteer.

It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.

Everything was online and I had to schedule an appointment for an interview, then a 10 minute conversation in store about why I want to work there and what hours I want. I was hired on the spot

They asked me personal questions like hobbies I do and stuff outside of work. Asked about prior experience. The usual stuff. No questions like what would you do in this situation.
