I applied online. After applying I called the Lowes store that I applied to and asked to speak to the Human Resource person. After being transferred to HR, I asked if my application had been processed. I called a few more times that month to check up on the status of my application. After 1 month I was invited in for a interview. I dressed nice (not too nice though). I wore khaki pants with a white collard shirt and Sperry shoes. I then went in for the interview. They mainly want a friendly outgoing person who is good with customer service and has basic knowledge about a hardware store.

Went well, professional, and punctual. Seems like it will be a very nice place to work. Hope I get hired. COVID seems to be a focal point and it seems Lowes is trying to make a more professional schedule for their employees.
