Very simple and straightforward interview. They are trying to make sure you're not crazy. They want people to show up on time. The interview took at most 15 minutes. The manager offered and found a role for me at that exact same interview.

They ask the same questions everytime. I have worked at Home Depot and Lowe's. Before here, so it was a hire on the spot for me. They will do a background check and a drug test on the date you accept the offer, which can be same day as interview.
