I first received a phone call screening. I was then invited in for an in person interview after which I was offered the position in the moment. We negotiated on salary and I got back to them within the week with my acceptance.

Interviewer was not really qualified for interviewing. They didn’t know anything about the home improvement industry. They just spewed out drivel to get through the interview. They couldn’t answer my questions. The interviewer was a poor representative for Lowes. He conducted hisself as a subpar employee; not qualified in an HR position.. Is this person a representation of the quality large chain retailers are hiring now? Perhaps the culture is bad and pay is too low.
