Lowes is restructuring it's management tiers. Department manager positions are being eliminated, with the exception of loss prevention manager, installed sales manager, and PSA manager. Candidates were selected from the current group of department managers. Applications were submitted for the new position, and interviews took place with the store manager and current sales manager. We were given results approximately two weeks after the interview process.
