First round of interviews was with the hiring manager, the second round was with the hiring manager again, basically reiterating what was already said in the first interview, third interview was supposed to be a take-home exercise, but instead turned into a technical interview with the hiring manager (they said they didn't have time to put together a take-home). All the interview rounds I got through were easy including the technical portion. They never got back to me with a rejection or a moving forward email. Seemed really unprofessional to just leave people hanging especially after putting so much time into the interviewing process.

I had high expectations given the company's reputation in the EV industry, but unfortunately, my interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer’s approach came across as harsh and dismissive, making it difficult to engage in a productive conversation. I was hoping for a more respectful and professional interaction that reflected the company's values. Overall, the experience felt like a missed opportunity and left me questioning the company's commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.
