Pros - Some of the engineers in the ADAS team seems to be enthusiastic about the work. Cons - TERRIBLE recruiters. Poor attitude, poor response, poor punctuality from recruiters throughout the process. The recruiter didn't show up for the phone screen call twice in a row without notifying the candidate. Also didn't show up on the day of the onsite interview. Didn't bother to follow up post onsite interview. - Requires a mandatory presentation on the day of the interview. This is not a presentation to prove the candidate is good, but rather to steal knowledge from the candidate as much as possible. - The manager's interview was the biggest joke. Shows lack of foresight and understanding of autonomous driving in general (a big red flag for future). - Please don't waste your time and interview with this company with "32 sensors" for autonomous driving.
