First Interview - Phone screen with Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter - basic questions, salary requirements. Got an email within 48 hours for the following interview Second Interview - Senior Manager about 30 minutes long. More detailed questions and got a better understanding for the job Third Interview - Panel interview with the Managers, 2 hours long, very helpful, great conversations with managers. Up until this point it was a great interview experience. During the final interviews a couple of the managers had said to reach out to the hiring manager if I didn't hear from them by Monday. Monday (about a week after the final interview) I email the hiring manager and she says "Great news! We are moving with an offer for you. Once I have full approval and the offer details I will give you a ring this week" I don't hear anything. I follow up with an email to the same person (two weeks since final interview) and get a response "the team is very interested and hopes to have some great news for you next week." I don't hear anything. I get a call from Lucid at 5:23pm and I miss the call (I live on the east coast so it was 8:23pm.) By the time I realized I missed the call it was 5:31PST and the office was closed. I send an email the following morning to the same person. No response. I call back and leave a voicemail. No response. I send a final email, which was the end of the time period they had initially told me in the first interview of how long the hiring process takes (five weeks.) You guessed it - I don't hear anything. Disappointed getting ghosted after weeks of correspondence with the team and being told they're moving forward with an offer.
