I was initially referred to them, which they quickly acted on. The recruiter really tried to sell the koolaid from the start. The actual interview process went smoothly for the first 3 rounds. The 4th person did not bother to show up to the virtual call. It took over a week to find a substitute interviewer and by then, I had lost some interest but I figured I owe it to myself to persevere and at least keep going until they reject me. Not the end of the world, but it left a bad taste for sure.
