6 weeks. 7 rounds of interviews + 1 business case study. That's right 7 interviews. Initial recruiter phone screen, hiring manager a few times, some higher level VPs. Provide you a business case that has to be done in a day, so budget 6-8 hrs+ of your own time. Only one interview I thought was poorly done, the employee was quite busy messaging back other colleagues and not really paying attention to our interview together. The rest were thoroughly and pleasant. Which is a bummer. In the end I was rejected after 8 rounds which was quite shocking. You would think somewhere along the way if I was not a good fit they would know and cut bait instead of making candidates go through the ringer.
