One of the worst interview experience I've had. 3 rounds, first with HR which was straight to the point, second with the hiring manager who really seemed nice but at the same time not sure what skill sets he wants, the last one was a technical interview. The technical interview was a complete mess. The interviewer spent the first 20 minutes asking questions about project management and Salesforce and the position has nothing to do with any of these. Although i answered most of his questions with examples but the interviewer seemed not satisfied. I apologized to the recruiter and withdraw my candidacy.
