Very delayed and broken hiring process They will keep you hanging and spend 4-5 weeks before reaching out again. I had to keep following up through out consistently. My first call with recruiter was in early dec and it took them a month to schedule next interviews that too after rescheduling at the last minutes.. every single time. Their employees are either too busy or are non serious in hiring . Very lengthy and broken process where they will abandon you in the middle of process to chase internal candidates all of sudden. Again keeps you hanging and keep making you wait for no reason. By the time you reach end stages, you would have already lost your enthusiasm and energy for the company. I will never apply to such a company again which takes your time for granted and keeps you in the sidelines no matter how much of a “good fit”’you are. They probably dont know how to do business and definitely doesn’t know a bit about hiring candidates in time.
