The hiring process had four rounds: an Online Assessment (OA) on HackerRank, a Problem-Solving and Data Structures (PSDS) round, a Hiring Manager (HM) round, and an HR round. In the OA, there were three DSA questions and one SQL question, all of easy to medium difficulty. The PSDS round involved solving two DSA problems with guidance from the recruiter if needed. In the HM round, they asked about my past internships and projects to understand my experience and problem-solving approach. The HR round was about checking if I fit well into Lucidity's work culture. In the end, I got selected for the role and was happy with the process. The HR team was clear, friendly, and kept me updated throughout.
