The interview process had three stages - first, a phone call (or in person) interview about your knowledge of the company and the position. Second, a sales event "test-run" where you work along side a current Sales rep for 2 hours. Lastly, a phone (or in person) interview with the head of HR to get to know your CV, experience, personality better.
