FTF interview. HR was professional but needs improvement. The hiring manager (who was also one of the owners) did not have the education and experience to be in the IT industry and she was making castles in the air. she hardly had any idea about her company's sale process and was asking weird questions. She also tried to dominate the process perhaps to hide her own incompetence.
