      I had an initial screening call with the technical recruiter. I must say that it was a great experience, as the technical recruiter really dived deep in to the technical details of the projects and evaluated the length and breadth of the relevant technical experience . As a next step, I was asked to complete an online assessment and inform the recruiter. To my disbelief, the recruiter never responded, despite 3 attempts to get in touch with her. I don't want to name and shame her. I don't mind if I didn't clear the assessment, but the recruiter should at least have informed beforehand that in case you don't clear the assessment, we won't get back to you. Apparently, there are many reviews highlighting the culture of "ghosting" adopted by CT. Its such a shame going through the Philosophy videos of Mr. Kuty Shalev who lays emphasis on communication and professionalism, which unfortunately doesn't reflect in their actions. A shambolic experience!!!

      I got the referral from a friend, and Clevertech contacted me throw email, with the following steps: - A technical assignment, with some questions about Cloud, AWS, pipelines, and two hands-on challenges to fix a filesystem problem in a Linux server and work with docker. - A first interview with the recruiter, to know more about the company and tell them about yourself and your professional background. They asked me about my availability to start working at the company, a bit of my tech stack, and my salary expectation. - A technical interview to know more deeply about your tech stack and experiences. I did it with the DevOps Engineer lead, and it was a great interview, with some straight questions about what have you worked with, how would you deal with some problems and what solutions would you give for a specific scenario. There was a little delay between the interviews, of a week or so, but it's a straightforward process, without losing time with unproductive questions or too long/too many steps. I really enjoyed it!

      Colloquio

      One generic interview with CTO and another technical one with team member. In the end you receive an impersonal email with an offer and a start date. That caught me by surprise and made me think they don't care that much about people (I'd have expect a recruiter to call me to tell the news, discuss a start date, etc).
