After being recruited for the opportunity, I completed five rounds of interviews over several weeks and invested a considerable amount of time preparing for each step of the process. Despite following up afterward, I never received a final response or update. For a company that expects extensive time and effort from candidates, the complete lack of communication and closure was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this interview process to other candidates unless the company improves its respect and communication toward applicants.
