My first and only interview was a 30-minute screen with a hiring manager. HM began by talking about the company and asking about my background. Then, we went through the job description almost bullet-by-bullet. It became clear that he did not read my resume/CV before our call. About 15 minutes into the interview, the hiring manager said that they want someone with more experience who could start in less than a month (possible red flag if you're not already in Denver/CO). I was told to look for other positions later.
