I participated in a Panel Interview on February 28th, during which I believed the discussion went well. However, since that time, I have not received any feedback or communication regarding the outcome of the interview. Despite my efforts to follow up with HR on multiple occasions, I have been met with a lack of information and transparency. To add to the confusion, I noticed that the position I interviewed for was reopened on April 2nd. Despite not receiving any formal rejection or update on my candidacy, I was invited for another interview on April 9th with a new Director of Nursing. Following the interview, I was even given a tour of the facility, which left me with a sense of optimism about potentially receiving an offer. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any updates or communication from HR since then. Each time I reach out, I am assured that I will be contacted with further information, only to be left waiting with no response. This lack of clarity and consistent postponement of timelines has left me feeling undervalued and ignored throughout this process. till today 5/15/2024 after reaching out to VP clinical operation and administrator there is no response.
