There were two calls:
1) HR with basic experience/salary/etc questions;
2) Technical interview with usual questions about Java Core, a little bit about Spring and SQL.
It was surprising to receive a bad feedback, considering that the interview was easy, almost boring. Especially puzzling was a list of "topics you should know better": Collections, CS basics, Algorithms & Data structures, Modern Java Versions Specifics, OOP, Design pattern. I considered them covered and didn't have any problems with them at any other interview, so I'm frustrated to say the least.

I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
