I had 3 interviews: 2 with HR and 1 with IT (manager from Italy + one of my colleague from Romania). 1st with HR: was just a phone call (Q: what I have been doing until now? what I am currently looking (as a company)? what are my salary expectations?). Before asking me all these questions she present me the company, the job tasks and so on. 2nd with IT: describe the role itself (from the IT point of view), locations that I should support, questions about what I did until know (from the technical point of view), I also asked a lot of questions (regarding: the job itself, the IT department, the infrastructure used inside the office and warehouse). All this interview took an hour. It wasn't hard - but I cannot say it was easy. 3rd with HR: an online interview with HR manager (from Turkey) - it only took 10 minutes (Q: why I want to be a part of Maersk? what values I would bring to this company?) After these 3 interviews I received a call from HR :) and then came the offer :)
