1st telephonic interview(no brief of company, how they work or what you are actually needed for) my job role was photo editing or retouching i believe. then a test is given (upon enquiry of how they want me to do the work, i didn't get any info, cuz there are lotta ways to do one work in photoshop). I took the test without using any of the automatic tools (which sometimes are not reliable), so to showcase my skills and eye for the aesthetics. After the submission of test with the legit source Files(psd), the employer never contacts, upon reaching out, I came to know they have assessed my work in the test done is by crooked means, without even consulting me they judged me with all the mindfulness they could. i again called the employer and explained myself. And i don't know why condescending induced communication gap was there during the call. I also told they can teach me their own way, afterall it is not any Rocket Science (Literally), although i know every way to work in photoshop or any other software like lightroom, as everything is one google search away. (they wanted well communicating person, IRONY) And there was slight implying statement that i should be thankful for the opportunity(stated that this is a high paying job, i mean look at the salary figures which is 1/5th of industry standard). Anyway if the employer is reading this they can contemplate over this. I have no beef with anyone.
