Interview process is very easy going. One phone interview with your manager and one on-site interview with the same person. The company try very hard to bring team players. Most of the interview is about soft skills and a few tricky questions on hard skills but nothing to worry about. Great interview overall as the interviewer will walk you around some of their tools and their capabilities.
