This comment prompted us to look into our process, and we found we failed to follow up with a recently interviewed candidate. We apologize for the error and inconvenience.
The discovery of this error prompted two corrective actions.
1. The candidate we missed was contacted via email (albeit after the fact).
2. We are implementing a minor process improvement to prevent this from happening in the future.
