The interview process started out with a short phone interview, followed by a 3:1 in person interview, followed by a personality as well as Excel test and another in person interview, which was initially described as "meeting the team". The last interview was with 7 people, not really meeting the team, but being asked a bunch of questions they had found on Google which weren't related to the position whatsoever. Most questions were repeated once or twice during that interview, which made me wonder if they 1) didn't listen to what their colleagues asked prior or 2) didn't understand what previously asked questions really meant so they went ahead and asked the same thing in a different way.
The last interview was a very irritating experience and I'm glad I didn't end up at this company. Regardless of the interview experience, I feel the low compensation and extraordinary bad benefits would have been reason enough to decline an offer. It seems after over two months they still weren't able to fill the position. No surprise to me.
