my interview was rescheduled less than an hour before it, and then they were late for the next one. they did not ask about me at all, nor my background or passions. they kept asking for specific examples of specific scenarios they created which were not your typical questions. they wanted you to read their minds and would not accept any answer other than what they wanted so they kept digging trying to get me to say a scenario exactlyyyyy like one they asked about. really strange. not friendly not human really detached and were acting like It was an interview for the prime minister rather than an admin assistant. I had a lot of great experience and things to offer but did not get the chance to share as they only wanted you to recreate their strange scenarios.
