The most effective way to get hired is to befriend someone working there, and simply ask for the person to put in a good word for you. Very easy, one on one interview with one or more of the many floor supervisors. Simple questions will ensue. If they decide that they like you -- and assuming you came in looking like a server (White dress shirt and tie; black pants[male and female]) while being very friendly -- they will more than likely invite you to return for a paid orientation. Orientation consists of many safety videos and fun/easy team building exercises to see how you work with others. The group of people will include those being hired at Pico de Gallo, La Margarita, and of course Mi Tierra. After the paid orientation is complete, they will place a charge for your apron (which will be refunded if you decide to leave) and put you to work right then and there!
