The companies mainly hires freshers/undergraduates. They lure the future employee with a decent first salary, usually around 31K€. Interview it self is very basic, no specific testing tools or cases. They actually directly solicit the future employees directly on the client's site, since they is a very high turnover.

Four rounds of interview process. No technical. Last round includes a project that you have done in the past, very straightforward. Interview process took about 3 weeks. Very responsive as well.
