4 stage Interview process - did not feel like this though: 1st stage is an initial chat - they give you more information about the position and them as a company, which I found useful and interesting personally. 2nd - Personality Quiz - Simple quiz easy to use 3rd stage - Meet with the MD, really nice easy conversation did not feel like it was long at all, they give really honest descriptions of the position and what they can offer 4th stage - Meet with the team - Such a good idea, you get the chance to ask people that work there their thoughts/what they do day-to-day, what they described is what I do now so very honest This all took place over 3 weeks - quick turnaround also really good at keeping in contact

A couple of days after applying for the position through LinkedIn I was sent a message that the job was for only experienced candidates but if I wanted to call the interviewer might be able to come up with other ideas for me to started in recruitment. I called immediately and was interviewed over the phone.
