Very straight forward up the chain latter process. First spoke with Recruiter via Phone, then local General Mgr and Regional Mgr via phone, met with both in person. Afterwards spoke with VP via phone as I declined the offer. Overall great experience simply too many red flags of micromanaging yet total lack of support with most basic tools needed = added significant amount of extra work for this specific position.
