Submitted my resume via email once called back from CL posting. Location is towards the back and was instructed to sit down. CEO and supervisor then asked typical standard questions. They said if you would like to try out the job as a way to "review your skills" however they wont pay you for those hours or compensate you in anyway. Overall the process was not difficult just very abnormal.
