Interview process was fast throughout as it started with 1 HR screening call, followed interview with a director, followed by a written assessment, followed by a senior head of the team, then the managing director, and finished with a final interview with HR. All interviews took place pretty much 1 week after another. They then quickly proceeded to collect personal documents ie payslips, ID copy, university certificate, etc. However ever since then there have been up updates whatsoever from anyone, and most of my follow ups have been ignored.

Overall the process was straightforward with two rounds of interviews. Pleasant experience all in all with general questions asked. Nothing too complicated. Last round was more of an informal chat.

Pretty straightforward process. I met two directors, and they were interested in my relevant experience and technical depth around credit risk frameworks.
Had questions around common gaps in credit frameworks and questions around regulatory requirements and how to stay abreast and compliant as a bank.
