1. Phone screening with an HR personnel 2. Online interview with two team leads 3. Online interview with the department head and an HR representative
The questions were mostly motivational, but the last round was more focused on situational questions.
I heard that I would hear from them the week after the interview, but it seems like they don't bother rejecting people on the workday system or informing them about the result after follow-ups. It feels inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour, especially towards someone who made it to the final round (i.e., who spent time to prepare for multiple interviews).

How do you deal with people from different backgrounds?
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
