Invited to an online interview. Went well. Asked Situational questions based on skills and experience. Invited to an assessment centre which was really very different to other companies. Group task making a tunnel which needs to support a weight. And then had a reverse interview with the senior QSs of the team which honestly seems useless. How can the questions of a candidate with no experience in the field be used to decide whether or not he gets the job. And since then ive been ghosted. Told I would hear back within a week. Sent a follow-up email. Heard nothing and now ive sent another with low expectations of receiving a response.
