Initial Phone Interview, Technical Challenge, Technical Challenge & Face to face. I was told by their HR department that the face to face wouldn't include any technical challenges, then on arrival was presented with one. Very, very bad company and leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth after. What is the point in the technical challenge before it, if they ask you to do something completely different and unrelated to front end development? In Ruby of all languages, absolute muck! Having to sift through some algorithm in a horrible language I've never used before (and is nothing to do with pure front end development work) whilst 3 people are staring down at my piece of paper is not a nice process. I would never accept a job off a company like this.
