As the 80% of interview process is online, it gives candidates access to use AI in their answers. Major projects submityted by candidates are either group projects done in classes or taken directly from Github. Machine tests help us understand whether the candidate is aware of basics of the technology he/she is applying for. The test are very basics just to create simple forms. If you cannot pass that test too than I dont think you can clear interview anywhere else too.
