I have attended interview with this company few months back for IT profile. I have already completed my all rounds and during HR round they was negotiating about salary part. This was already discussed with HR, but they still say that we can't provide the expected you want from us. I told them why it was not informed early, Hr told that we need to see how well you perform in interview and base on that we will provide you good salary. I already perfomed well I said, Hr said yes that's great but now we can't afford you. It's a request from you guys please don't apply before this company give the right commitment or in email. Because while interview process they agree but after selection they deny to provide salary as demanded. Very very poor Hr and management process and commitment are false totally.
