Applied early May 2026. Had to complete initial screening call, written assessment, virtual panel interview & in-person assessment day that included facilitation exercise and another panel interview. I went through all rounds over a 6-7 week period. It was a long process, but it was positive and I enjoyed meeting the team and learning about macmillan. They did not ask much about my motivations for applying for the role which felt unusual. I was not successful, and received an email to let me know this. The communication was not forthcoming with feedback. Given the amount of time given to the process, a phone call from the lead recruiting manager would have landed better. I have requested feedback and hope to have a conversation with someone.
