Attended a three and a half hour assessment that consisted of two group activities, and one paper based exam. Unfortunately, two members of the group gave others very little room to contribute, and when there was the opportunity to convey my views I felt there was not enough scope to do so. The paper based tests were relatively easy, and it was refreshing not to feel intimidated and interrupted by other candidates. Disappointed that I did not reach the interview stage, as I felt I was not given the opportunity to demonstrate my strengths.
