Worst process i have ever seen. They shortlisted the profile for one of the Manager level profile and after completing the interview process (2 Technical + Psychometric Assessment) HR called me that profile is not fit for the position because of experience so they will process the profile for another Position and the same process would happen again. The interview experience for the other position was worst because interviewer was so rude and he started the discussion with previous interview and then suddenly he behaved too rude.
