First round: Technical discussion. The interviewer was very considerate and was supporting well with my answers. She asked good Java related questions. Second round: psychometric round. This was a very easy round, and questions were mostly based on observations. Third round: This was the final round (per macquarie HR se) The interview was taken by some AVP. He was more into technical configuration, and it seemes he was answering question to satisfy his ego. He didn't even bothered to switch on the camera, and it seemed he is travelling somewhere and was going through a rough day.
