No Interview Process is there in this company. I was selected for Assistant Manager-functional Tester. First round was taken by AVP - both were from non-technical background Second Round was Physometric test which was very complex - don't know how they cleared my round Third Round was again technical round which was taken by VP's and they themselves don't know what to ask and again n again they are asking the same thing why should we hire you - we have QA's like you in our team? If you have the same QA's in your team then why you are hiring?
