I have asked the interviewer (Solution Architect) which architectural framework do they follow and which architectural atrifacts they produce. The answer was: “We have a flat hierarchy and I believe we do not have any artifacts”

Initial call with a recruiter First interview with HM and Peer Psychometric test Third interview with Peers. In my case, I personally feel that they have a lot of flaws in their recruitment practices and missing honesty and integrity as well. In the morning, Recruiter informs me that the feedback is positive and they would like to process the offer for director level and asked me to send my current and expected rem. I sent them remuneration details. After sending the details recruiter calls me back and said we can't process the offer because they assessed at the senior manager level. In 3-5 hours their whole feedback has changed and this is all only started after I shared my current and expected remuneration. I would say please be clear on rem expectations from start and if possible get it in writing because they can change their interview feedback depending on what you ask. Macquarie Group embrace a honesty and integrity a lot in their daily life but they need to teach their own staff who deals externally with candidates to behave with honesty and integrity. For me, It was a waste of time where you cleared all interview rounds and then they change their feedback twice in a day. I do have a comms from the recruiter as a text message on the phone as well.
